Rainy Day Sunday

Shrouded panorama
Hiking in the rain in Nevada is a fairly unusual and exciting event, so it was with excitement that the pups and I set off on recent wet Sunday hike into the Virginia Range, exploring another new canyon near our house. We were all soon dripping in the light drizzle, but the shifting views and drifting fog more than made up for the dampness as we explored again in some places we'd been before and some we hadn't.

It was the weekend that we were dogsitting Nero, so he joined us on the wet and muddy hike. It is always great to have him along, since he is younger than Coco and Dusty he always seems to energize them a little and he even convinced Dusty to chase after some rabbits!
