Summertime Commute

An idyll.
I definitely didn't end up our time living down south on a bang—at least when it comes to bike commuting—but I sure am glad it is over. No excuses I guess, it just didn't happen. Now that we are back in town, I'll be commuting a lot more, but it doesn't feel like as much of a ride. Maybe I'll get out on my bike more in general though. But the bike commutes I did make from Secret Pass were fairly epic, the long way across the Truckee Meadows.

Almost ready to leave Secret Pass

Long coast down Toll Road.

Reno is north.

Reno is north.

Along the freeway.

Country in the subdivisions.

Country in the subdivisions II.

Headed toward the Atlantis.

Just cruising.

Barrio bodega.

Truckee detour.

Where I saw some geese.

Summer detours.

Good part of the view.

Another day starting out.

Things you pass on Sylvester.

Shiny morning.

Disturbed landscape and freeway.
Under the freeway II.

Under the freeway I.

On the streets.

Atlantis is a landmark.

Kim is company on the ride home.

What appears to be a country lane.

What appears to be countryside.

Morning ride down Sylvester.

Atlantis landmark.
